'We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Upon your arrival at the CPG, you will be greeted by our friendly secretaries, who are experienced in meeting your billing and appointment needs. We realise that you are unique like all people and you have individual needs, so we will work with you to develop a therapy process that will get you acceptable results. We will work on educating you to become happier, more fulfilled, or overcoming a problem that bothers or distreses you. Above all, we at the CPG offer a discrete service where any information you give us is treated confidentially and respectfully.

Medication Free Therapy

'At the CPG, we do not prescribe medication because we are psychologists, that is, mind doctors. We use natural methods (e.g. cognitive therapy) to help you achieve your goals or results. We use well accepted practises for our profession; these therapies have been used for years and worked on thousands of people. Our therapies are simple to follow, painless and can work relatively fast. The most important thing is that our approach does NOT involve the use of medication or mind-altering substances.

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Hypnotherapy.
  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
  • Post trauma debriefing.
  • Child Counselling.
