Stress Less

Relax to the hypnotic voice of Dr Alexander Ryan as he takes you on two long sessions of stress reducing hypnosis. The CD contains two hypnotherapy sessions by the psychologist. The first session is called "Place of Comfort" and lasts 20 minutes. It takes you through a guided relaxation process. It culminates in you visualising a place of comfort (e.g. beach, lake, garden) and anchoring that image to the state of being relaxed. You can later use your anchor to relax instantly anytime, anyplace. The second session by the same psychologist lasts about 25 minutes.

   
It is called "Going Down and Into Trance" and takes you through a hypnosis session. Sit back and listen to the hypnotic voice as it takes you deeper and deeper into your subconscious mind. You will tackle a stress or anxiety-related issue during this session. For less than 20% of the cost of a normal consultation, you better order a copy of Stress Less now.
