We will store your information in a secure environment and will not share your data with any other parties. You can elect to delete your information at any time you wish from our psychologist database using the links provided in any email communication (unsubscribe option). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. When you engage in certain activities on this site, you may be asked to provide information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in this activity. If you elect to opt-in, our psychologists will ask you to provide personal information i.e. first and last name, and e-mail address.
